OVERVIEW
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sindhi Connect online store at https://sindhiconnect.com/shop/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 – RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
SECTION 2 – ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are eligible for return within the 30-day window:
– Clothing (shirts, sweaters, tank tops, etc.)
– Headwear
– Pins
– Other non-consumable merchandise
To be eligible for return, items must be:
– In their original condition
– Undamaged
– Free from visible signs of wear, use, or alteration
– Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
SECTION 3 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
– Edible or consumable products
– Items that come into primary contact with the mouth or other orifices (including but not limited to coffee mugs, drinkware, and similar products)
– Customized or personalized items
– Digital downloads after 24 hours of purchase
– Event tickets after 24 hours of purchase or within 3 days of the event, whichever comes first
– Gift cards
– Perishable goods
– Any item kept by the customer for more than 30 days from the date of delivery
SECTION 4 – HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at sindhisconnect@gmail.com with the following information:
– Your full name
– Order number
– Item(s) you wish to return
– Reason for the return
Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions including the address to ship your item to.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
SECTION 5 – RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
SECTION 6 – INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item to verify it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2.
If the item is approved, we will process your refund as described in Section 7.
If the item does not meet our return requirements (for example, it shows signs of wear, damage, or use), we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that case, we will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense.
SECTION 7 – REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 days to appear on your statement.
We do not offer exchanges by default. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the replacement item.
SECTION 8 – DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at sindhisconnect@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
